1. Full Refund Within 3 Business Days
If you cancel your Amazon Prime membership within three business days of signing up (or converting from a free trial), you will receive a full refund — only if you haven’t used any Prime benefits.
2. No Refund if Benefits Are Used
If any Prime benefit (like Prime Video, free shipping, or Prime Reading) has been used — even once — you won’t be eligible for a refund, regardless of when you cancel.
3. No More Pro-Rated Refunds
Previously, members who had used limited benefits were eligible for a partial refund based on the remaining membership time. That is no longer the case. As of May 9, refunds will only be available if no benefits were used at all.
