(i) Jio shall furnish to Mondelez, data provided by the Participants, relevant only to the entry submitted by the Participant, and the Participant hereby expressly consents to the sharing of any such data to Mondelez.
(ii) Mondelez and Jio and/or its affiliates accepts no liability and shall not be responsible and/or liable in any manner whatsoever in case the Participant is unable to submit his/her entry due to failure on the part of the telecom operator, facility provider, device compatibility etc., or due to capacity constraints.
(iii) All attempts will be made by Jio to protect the data submitted to it by a Participant from loss and corruption, but in the event such data loss happens, Jio may have to continue with whatever data is available, or in any other manner as it may deem reasonable. Mondelez and Jio should not be held responsible for any loss of data or the action taken on account of the same. Mondelez and Jio and/or its affiliates will not be held responsible to make good any such loss or dissatisfaction on account of such loss.
(iv) Jio will take reasonable efforts to ensure that there is no security breach at its end in the course of conduct of submission of entry for the Campaign and/or that there is no data / entry loss and/or any other loss at its end. However, in the event of a security breach and/or data/ entry loss and/or any other loss for any reasons whatsoever, Mondelez and Jio and/or its affiliates will not be responsible or liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss on account of any such instances as may be sustained by the Participant. Mondelez and Jio shall have the right at all times to exclude or disregard any entries submitted during any period where a security breach or data/entry loss or any other loss occurs.
(v) Participant acknowledges that all possible issues may not have been identified by Jio and/or its affiliates and associates and/or JioEngage and agrees to hold harmless Mondelez and Jio and/or its affiliates and associates and/or JioEngage for the application, network, process, technical or any other failures.
(vi) By participating in the Campaign through JioEngage under MyJio, the participant hereby accepts and agrees MyJio’s privacy policy available at www.jio.com.
(vii) Participant also authorizes Jio to collect his/her personal information including name, address, mobile number and other biographical information. Personal information of the Participant will be collected, processed, shared and stored in accordance with Jio’s privacy policy available at www.jio.com.
(viii) Jio and/or its affiliates accepts no liability whatsoever regarding (i) Cadbury Celebrations Pack, product quality, packaging; (ii) suspension of the Campaign by Mondelez; (iii) criteria for determination of the winner(s) and (iv) any other redressal of grievances, suggestions and/or concerns from the Participants. Any and all such grievances, suggestions and/or concerns with regards to the conduct, or any other activity in relation to the Campaign, can be directed towards Mondelez at 1800227080 not later than 7 days from the completion of the Campaign. All grievances pertaining to the Additional Data Voucher, 1 year subscription plan worth INR 2121 of Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited (“RJIL”) and 1 Month JioSaavn Pro Subscription Voucher (hereinafter defined) can be directed towards Jio at 18008899999 not later than 7 days from the completion of the Campaign. Failure to do so is tantamount to the expiry of any claims in connection with the Campaign submitted by a person. It shall not be open for the Participant to require audit or verification of the information, data or any other criteria, process or system adopted by Jio.
PRIZES AND WINNER SELECTION:
a) ‘INR 50 Off Amazon Coupon’ for Participation:
(i) INR 50 Off Amazon Coupon shall mean ‘INR 50 off on purchase of Cadbury Celebrations Pack’ from Amazon.
(ii) A Participant who completes the entire user journey to reach the results screen and Score is generated for such Participant (regardless of having answered any or all questions), at least once during the Campaign period shall be eligible for INR 50 Off Amazon Coupon (“Eligible Contestant for Participation Prize”). Mondelez may also adopt any other methodology or criteria at its sole discretion for selecting Eligible Contestant for Participation Prize.
(iii) Mondelez may determine such 20,000 Eligible Contestant(s) for Participation Prize each day as “Participation Prize Winner(s)” on first come first serve basis and award INR 50 Off Amazon Coupon. Mondelez reserves the right to determine any number of Eligible Contestant(s) for Participation Prize as the “Participation Prize Winner(s)” at its sole discretion without any prior intimation.
(iv) Participants can participate in the Campaign multiple times during the Campaign Period, however each participant is eligible to win INR 50 Off Amazon Coupon only once during the Campaign Period.
(v) Each day, first 20,000 Eligible Contestants for Participation Prize shall be awarded INR 50 Off Amazon Coupon on first come first serve basis subject to clause 3(a)(iii) above. Mondelez may adopt any other methodology or criteria at its sole discretion to award INR 50 Off Amazon Coupon to Participation Prize Winners.
(vi) INR 50 Off Amazon Coupon won will get reflected in “My Winnings” tab under “Prizes” section of the Campaign.
b) ‘Additional Data Voucher’ on successful Quiz completion:
(i) “Additional Data Voucher(s)” shall mean additional data packs of RJIL with denominations as (i) 1 GB; or (ii) 750 MB; or (iii) 500 MB; or (iv) 250 MB or any other denomination(s) as may be determined by Mondelez at its sole discretion.
(ii) Each day during the Campaign Period, Participant(s) who have successfully answered all questions and such answers are in 100% sync with their sibling i.e. achieved a 100% score, shall be eligible to win Additional Data Voucher(s) of RJIL (“Eligible Data Participants”). Mondelez may also adopt any other methodology or criteria at its sole discretion for selecting Eligible Data Participant. For example:
• Eligible Data Participant can be one who is a Host, has successfully answered all questions and such answers are in 100% sync with the Invitee i.e. achieved a 100% score.
• Eligible Data Participant can be one who is a Host or Invitee, has completed the entire user journey to reach the results screen and Score is generated for such Participant regardless of whether the Score is 100% or not, etc.
(iii) Mondelez may determine such 19,000 Eligible Data Participant(s) each day as “Data Prize Winner(s)” on first come first serve basis and award Additional Data Voucher. Mondelez reserves the right to determine any number of Eligible Data Participant(s) as “Data Prize Winner(s)” at its sole discretion without any prior intimation.
(iv) Participants can participate in the Campaign and achieve 100% score multiple times during a day in the Campaign Period, however each participant shall be eligible to win Additional Data Voucher only once in a day.
(v) Each day, first 19,000 Eligible Data Participants shall be awarded Additional Data Voucher on first come first serve basis i.e. per day first 500 Eligible Data Participants shall get 1 GB Additional Data Voucher, next 500 Eligible Data Participants shall get 750 MB Additional Data Voucher, next 9,000 Eligible Data Participants shall get 500 MB data, and remaining 9,000 Eligible Data Participants, subject to clause 3(b)(iii) above, shall get 250 MB data. Mondelez may adopt any other methodology or criteria at its sole discretion to award Additional Data Voucher of any denomination(s) to Data Prize Winners.
(vi) Additional Data Voucher won will get reflected in “My Winnings” tab under ‘Prizes’ section of the Campaign. However, such Additional Data Voucher will be credited to the account to Data Prize Winner only if such Data Prize Winner is an active subscriber of telecommunication services of RJIL on the day of credit and has used such registered mobile number of RJIL to participate in the Campaign.
(vii) Special Terms and Conditions applicable for Additional Data Voucher are given in Annexure 1.
c) Bumper Prize(s):
(i) Bumper Prize(s) shall mean (i) 1 year subscription plan worth INR 2121 of RJIL; or (ii) INR 500 Off Amazon Coupon; or (iii) 1 Month JioSaavn Pro Subscription Voucher.
(ii) A Participant is eligible for Bumper prize only when such Participant has completed the entire user journey in 100% sync i.e.; achieved 100% Score on all 7 consecutive days from 25th to 31st July, 2020 (“Eligible Bumper Participants”). Mondelez may also adopt any other methodology or criteria at its sole discretion for selecting Eligible Bumper Participant. For example:
• Eligible Bumper Participant can be one who is a Host, has completed the entire user journey in 100% sync with the Invitee i.e. achieved a 100% score on all 7 consecutive days from 25th to 31st July, 2020.
• Eligible Bumper Participant can be one who is a Host or Invitee, who has completed the entire user journey to reach the results screen and Score is generated for such Participant on all 7 consecutive days from 25th to 31st July, 2020, regardless of whether such Score is 100% or not, etc.
(iii) Mondelez may determine such 1,700 Eligible Bumper Participant(s) as “Bumper Prize Winner(s)” on first come first serve basis and award Bumper Prize. Mondelez reserves the right to determine any number of Eligible Bumper Participant(s) as “Bumper Prize Winner(s)” at its sole discretion without any prior intimation.
(iv) Each Eligible Bumper Participant can win only one Bumper Prize during the Campaign Period.
(v) On 7th day (i.e. 31st July, 2020), first 1,700 Eligible Bumper Participants shall be awarded Bumper Prize on first come first serve basis i.e. first 50 Eligible Bumper Participants shall get 1 year subscription plan worth INR 2121 of RJIL, next 200 Eligible Bumper Participants shall get INR 500 Off Amazon Coupon, next 950 Eligible Bumper Participants shall get 1 Month JioSaavn Pro Subscription Voucher and remaining 500 Eligible Bumper Participants, subject to clause 3(c)(iii) above, shall get INR 500 Off Amazon Coupon. Mondelez may adopt any other methodology or criteria at its sole discretion to award any of the available Bumper Prizes to Bumper Prize Winners.
(vi) Bumper Prize won will get reflected in “My Winnings” tab under ‘Prizes’ section of the Campaign. However, such Bumper Prize constituting 1 year subscription plan worth INR 2121 of RJIL, shall be credited to the account to Bumper Prize Winner only if such Bumper Prize Winner is an active subscriber of telecommunication services of RJIL on the day of credit and has used such registered mobile number of RJIL to participate in the Campaign.
(vii) Special Terms and Conditions applicable for Bumper Prizes are given in Annexure 1.
