About the Programme:

The ITC Bingo Potato Chips Consumer Programme (‘Program’) is organised by ITC and conducted by Pine Labs Pvt Limited (Partner Agency). The offer is available on all range of Bingo Potato Chips Rs. 10 Variants available in the market. In terms of any conflict between the terms and conditions on this program, the terms herein mentioned shall prevail to the extent of such conflict.
Before participating in the program, please read the terms and conditions given herein. By participating in this Program, each participant is deemed to have read, understood and accepted the complete terms and conditions of this Program available on https://bingo.woohoo.in (“Program Website”) as well as the decisions of ITC Limited which are final and binding in all matters related to the Program.
Successfully entering the Program and winning the cashback is subject to all requirements set forth herein.
The Program shall be live from 00:00 hours on 01-Dec-2023 to 23:59 hours 29-Feb 2024 (“Program Period”).

Steps to participate:

To participate in the Bingo Chips Cashback Program, Participants will have to purchase Bingo Potato Chips Promo Packs during the Program Period and find the unique code inside the pack.
Participants should then scan the QR code printed on the pack, which will direct them to the Program website https://bingo.woohoo.in
Participants are required to enter their name, mobile number for OTP validation and enter the unique code for validation
Post validation of the unique code and mobile number, participants will have to select the preferred cashback option amongst Amazon Pay Cashback Code, PayTM cashback code or UPI cashback.
In case of UPI transfer of cashback, participant will have to share their correct UPI ID on the Program Website and transfer will be done to the mentioned UPI ID only.
In case the UPI id is provided is incorrect, no reattempt will be done.

Bingo Chips Cashback TNC :

If the customer has bought a pack before (01/12/2023), then the customer will not be eligible for participation in the Program until the start of Program Period. All participation prior to the Bingo Chips Cashback Program Period and after the end date of the Program Period (29/02/2024) will be considered as ineligible and will be summarily rejected.
Customer who participate in the programme and purchase Bingo Potato Chips worth Rs. 10 will be eligible to receive cashback worth Rs. 10
To be eligible to get the cashback, the customer will have to follow the steps mentioned in the microsite.
This promotional offer entitles the customer to receive cashback via Amazon Cashback code or PayTM Cashback code or Bank Transfer. Customers shall be required to read, understand and accept the Cash voucher(s) terms and conditions which may be subject to change at the Partner end.
The cashback cannot be redeemed or exchanged for another Gift Voucher/Gift Card. Also, it cannot be re-validated after expiry date.
The cashback can be claimed once per week per person, mobile number, Amazon Pay/PayTM/ UPI Account and IP address and a maximum of three times for the entire duration of the promo
The Cash amount will be credited within 72 Business Hours excluding Public holiday.
In no event ITC/Amazon-pay/ PayTM or The Partner Agency will be liable for any abuse or misuse of the cash due to the negligence of the customer knowingly/unknowingly
The details of the UPI linked back account must be entered by the customer themselves. If the customer enter incorrect UPI ID, ITC Limited of The Partner Agency will not be held responsible.
Once customer selects the choice of receipt of payment/Mode of payment i.e. either UPI/Amazon pay, it cannot be modified.
ITC Ltd or Pine Labs or any other partner shall not be liable and responsible for any unauthorized and/or fraudulent purchase/s made using of the Cash reward. The holder of the voucher shall be solely responsible for the safe custody of the OTP, cash reward and the credentials mentioned on it.
UPI/PAYTM/Amazon voucher may change (add to, delete, or amend) its terms from time to time without any prior intimation.
By participating in the Promotional Offer, the participant agrees to allow ITC Ltd or the partner agencies to contact the participant for the purpose of this Promotional offer. Further the participant agrees that the data received during the Promotional Offer by ITC Limited may be used or shared with any agency for any further analysis/ promotion or marketing communications.

Other Terms & Conditions:

The offer is for end consumers and not for distributors, retailers, seller, their staff / Families, Employees of ITC Limited or its partner agencies.
This offer is subject to promotional availability. This offer is not exchangeable for “cash”.
This offer is not for sale.
Photocopied, Torn, or digitally altered vouchers will be accepted.
This voucher has no monetary value, is non-transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers.
One voucher may be used per person, per mobile number, per week and a maximum of three voucher three voucher per person.

ITC Ltd., or the partner agency. is acting as an executing agency for this promotional offer and holds no legal and financial liability on unclaimed offers, incentives, Vouchers, etc beyond the applicable period of the promotional offer.

Any dispute or difference in connection with the programme share be governed by the laws of India and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
